Nirvana Licensing Model

Historically Middleware and other Enterprise Application Integration vendors have licensed their products on either per CPU or per client basis. These models prove costly when scaling across multiple servers in multiple locations and delivering resilient business applications to many thousands of clients.

Nirvana is licensed on a per channel (topic or queue) basis. A 50 channel Nirvana license can be deployed in up to 50 servers each containing a single channel. This flexibility allows business application architects to automatically account for performance, scale and high availability without increasing project costs.

Nirvana licenses are available in a wide range of channels bands and an unlimited license is available for larger deployments. Should however you wish to have a more conventional licensing model this is also possible.
