Paul
Brant - CEO
Paul founded my-Channels in early 1999. He has 14 years
experience designing, delivering, and selling technology
solutions across the government, commercial and banking
industries. Prior to my-Channels, Paul was a director
in one of the largest banking institutions in the world
where he served as Chief Technical Architect. In that
role he was the driving force behind the delivery of
innovative global managed services solutions that resulted
in the transformation of a global infrastructure environment.
Paul's key areas of expertise are application infrastructure
and integration services relating to the deployment
of new business applications and their design / reuse
for productivity enhancement and cost reduction.
Paul's primary responsibility is to oversee my-Channels as it becomes a global leader in corporate business
and process integration. Paul is also heavily involved
in shaping the technical architecture of the my-Channels product suite.

Matthew Buckton - CTO
Matthew has over 18 years of experience delivering
IT solutions within the financial markets from design
and development through to project management and budgeting
on multi million dollar projects. His responsibilities
have been wide ranging and extend from setting up trading
floors, managing global development teams, and serving
as architectural lead for large transaction based systems.
Matthew was previously employed by the Australian Stock
Exchange for eight years where he was responsible for
the design and development of a network-trading service
which allowed traders to add and maintain orders as
well as receive real time market information via a messaging
protocol developed by the Australian Stock Exchange.
Matt oversaw technical architecture and managed the
group's senior developers and architects.
Matthew's current role is to manage and direct the
technical architecture of the my-Channels flagship products
Nirvana and Matrix.

Eddie McDaid - Director
Eddie has been with my-Channels since it was founded
in 1999. With an extensive background in banking and
IT, Eddie's responsibilities include business development
planning, product architecture, and formulating sales
operations strategies.
Before joining my-Channels Eddie worked within the
financial services industry where he played a key role
in the development of globally distributed middleware
and web hosting services.
Prior to taking up his current role within my-Channels Eddie was a co-designer and a principal developer of
the my-Channels integration broker Matrix.
Eddie holds a bachelors degree in Commerce and Masters
degree in Business Studies from the National University
of Ireland.

Alex Kritikos - VP Engineering
Alex has wide ranging experience in government, telecoms,
ISPs and investment banking fields. He is responsible
for managing product development processes and quality
control for the my-Channels product suite.
Before joining my-Channels, Alex led the Projects &
Development team of Thus plc Data services division
(formerly Demon Internet), the UK’s leading internet
service provider and has participated in the implementation
of global middleware and integration managed services
for the world’s largest investment bank.
Alex holds a bachelors degree in Software Engineering
from the University of Lancaster, UK .

Paul Weiss - VP Professional Services
Paul has been with my-Channels since it was founded
in 1999, and has a wealth of experience working within
some of the world's largest investment banks, including
Chase Manhattan Bank.
Prior to joining my-Channels, Paul led a team of developers
and support personnel in the middleware and integration
services arena. In previous roles he was key in managing
and maintaining the internal and external relationships
between service providers and external customers and
vendors.
Paul holds a bachelor of science degree (BSc Hons)
in computing in business from Brunel University.

Tam Freestone-Bayes - VP Internet Engineering
Tam Freestone-Bayes has designed and implemented Internet infrastructure,
architecture and security solutions within investment banking and Internet
startups for over 12 years.
After several years of global engineering at Deutsche Bank and Nomura
(London and New York), Tam held technical and research posts at boo.com and Idealab
before founding Novapoly, a search engine optimization firm.
Tam holds degrees in Mathematics and Computation from the
University of London and the University of Oxford.
