problems, with specific requirements - rather than the
"cheque-book" engineering approach that has
become increasingly common in this marketplace.

my-Channels have first hand knowledge of users pain, we gained it by doing
the job ourselves and because we have been there, we
know how hard it used to be to take your existing technologies
and create a seamless transit of data within and between
enterprises - without requiring you to adapt your existing
infrastructure or invest in additional unnecessary technologies.
We started with a vision, that we should be able to
manage and perform any function from anywhere; to be
able to integrate applications without having to build
a whole new infrastructure and scale an enterprise of
100's of users in multiple locations and with multiple
partners. It had to be totally secure, totally reliable,
manageable, and work over both public and private networks;
it had to have a sensible licensing structure.
It had to be completely different from any of the existing,
limited suppliers in the marketplace and it had to deliver
real, tangible value to the enterprise. Five years later
we do all of these things, and the result is an organisation
which takes a fundamentally different approach to the
challenge of EAI, and truly does deliver real value.
The result of our vision is my-Channels and Extended
Enterprise Integration- the next generation of connectivity,
